We started out as a wife and husband team and we still are just that. With the help of a never-aging mother and inspiring young children who have grown up in the family business, we have all worked long hours without compromise to ensure we delivered on our, “The Best Gozleme Ever” promise.
After 10 hard years of manually setting up and knocking down a kitchen for every event, and with a growing event and catering portfolio, we had to make changes.
So, in 2018 we built Ryan Gozleme Food Truck and launched Turkish Kitchen Food Truck in May 2021.
Whilst we almost exclusively operate from out food trucks now, we still operate from our famous red marquee every now and then just to keep us close to our roots. And, when we operate from our famous red marquee, we only serve Gozleme.
Our love of food inspires us to ensure we serve you an amazing Turkish food experience from our food trucks, not matter what we’re serving.

Turkish Kitchen Food Truck launched in May 2021 with a wide menu option to serve amazing Turkish food at catering events across Greater Sydney and beyond. Depending on your catering needs, we service regions of the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Central Coast, Newcastle & the Hunter Valley, Canberra and Regional NSW.
Our menu options are seriously endless. We've only listed our most commonly requested options on our menu. However, we can deliver you and your team and guests whatever menu options you desire.
